When will my order ship?

In stock items typically leave our storefront within 48 hours of purchase and often same day for orders placed prior to noon CST. We ship packages in working day.

How to use credit card for payment?

At this moment, credit card need to go through paypal for payment. In future, we will add directly credit card payment in a few days.

Are your packages insured?

Yes, all of the packages that leave our facility are fully insured against loss, damage and theft until they are delivered safe and sound. All knives and most items ship in a discreet brown corrugated cardboard box to insure the safety of not only the item, but also the condition of the manufacturers retail box and packaging. Every once in a while we will ship small accessories, such as a single lanyard bead or patch, in a padded bubble bag.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we absolutely offer expedited shipping options through UPS and USPS. If you need a product by a certain date, please call and speak with one of our representatives for the best method.

How do I clean my knife?

After each use, it's better to clean it immediately. After wash it, please dry it immediately and be careful for the hand during washing. Besides, it's better to wash the knife with soft sponges instead of abrasive sponges.

Can I use dishwasher to wash my knife?

Please do not put our knife in any dishwasher at all price.Because dishwasher detergents are powerful enough to easily pit the steel off the blades. The jostling motion of the machine not only can dull and chip the blades but also corrode the handles of your knives.
