Returns& Refunds Policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with your factory made purchase, please return it to us in its original, new and unused condition within 14 days (the date will be conted from the day you recieve the product), and include the manufacturer's packaging. We will give you a full refund for the purchase price (less any shipping fees and/or promotional discounts) as either a refund onto your credit card, if that is how you paid, or a check. If you received the item with free shipping, you will receive the full refund less $5 to cover our original shipping costs. Any items returned not in new or used condition will be shipped back to the purchaser at their expense. 

"Defective" Items and Exhange

  • Our policy is valid for 60 days. Unfortunately, no refunds or exchanges can be made if your order is more than 60 days.
  •  Rather than go back and forth we would much rather check the item before shipping to make sure it is good. Please help to check the product is complete and good when the item is arrvial.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or non-human made damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 11@XYJ knife.com.
  • We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your product proves to be defective, uncorrected item or you have used a product for a while and have warranty issues with the manufacturer, please contact us via [email protected]
  • The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
  • Make sure you contact us before making a return and send us the photo of the items that you want to return to us for documentation purposes.
